How to play
At the beginning of the game "Contagion" you have to choose the type of pathogen and the difficulty level. A virus, a bacterium, a fungus, or a parasite — each has its own unique initial characteristics and pathways of development. Select the country from where the distribution will start. Collect DNA points that appear on the globe in the form of bubbles and invest them in the development of the pathogen through four sections: "Transmission", "Symptoms", "Abilities" and "Actions". Follow the progress of drug development displayed at the top of the screen. When scientists start working on it, increase infection, increase mortality, and use special abilities to counteract it. Be attentive to world events — they can both help and harm. Making the right choice at a key moment can determine the outcome of the game. Your goal is to infect the entire population of the planet and prevent scientists from creating a cure. Think strategically and act fast!
