In the City Executive Committee, you will be able to build a Soviet-style city: erect high-rise buildings, pave paths and develop infrastructure networks.
How to play
Camera control: Use the WASD or arrow keys to move the camera. Use Q and E for rotation. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out of the view. Construction: Select a building in the panel at the bottom of the screen. A semi-transparent layout will appear, which can be moved around the map. If the place is green, you can build, if it's red, you can't. To build, press the confirm button, and to exit the mode, press the cancel button. The building can be rotated before installation using a special button in the confirmation interface. Roads: Select a road and hold down the mouse button or your finger to draw a line on the map. Roads will be built along this line. Demolition: Turn on the demolition mode with the button. Tap on the building to demolish it. Some of the funds will be returned to the budget.
